Human Capital Community
Results of the research on the HCA LBSP
On Tuesday 20 September we have had an interesting program during the Human Capital event with a presentation by Fennand R. Van Dijk and Nico van Hemert, Project Leaders Human Capital Agenda LBSP, about the results of the research on the HCA LBSP. The report, still to be finalised the coming weeks, gives clear tools to achieve a better match between the supply and demand of (international) talent. The presentation led to interesting extra questions which led to new ideas and suggestions.
The conclusion? There is a lot of work to do, but if we work together, we can find solutions. The report, once finalised, will be officially launched in the beginning of November and will then be available at the Leiden Bio Science Park website. |
| Human Capital Community Call to action: Renewed internship platform
We are pleased to announce that, in an effort to strengthen the ties between the students and the organisations on the Leiden Bio Science Park,
the LBSP internship platform is being renewed and will be launched shortly. Therefore, we are asking all organisations that are interested in introducing their company to the students of Leiden (and other regional, national and international young talent) to publish their internships on the renewed internship platform.
This can be done through the same ‘MyPark’ account that is used for job offerings
If you have any questions about this project, or would like to give any input concerning the renewal of the internship platform? Please contact Virginie van Lynden.
