LBSP Community Are you looking for students? Use the LBSP Internship platform!
In the near future, many students will be searching for an internship again. That's why the LBSP Foundation created the LBSP internship platform. This is a platform for students where they can find an overview of which companies and organisations are offering internships.

| LBSP Community Show Me The Money is back with the Hard Money Edition!

Photo competition: the significance of Leiden Bio Science Park (LBSP)
On the occasion of its 25th anniversary, the Entrepreneurs’ Association of the LBSP is organising a photo competition with the following assignment: visualise the significance of the LBSP for the city of Leiden (or vice versa). The award ceremony will take place during the celebration of the 25th anniversary of the OVBSP event on 22 June at 18.00H in the presence of the Mayor of Leiden. More information |
| Grand anniversary party OVBSP on 22 June
The entrepreneurs’ association OVBSP invites all employees of companies and organisations at the LBSP to a big anniversary party on 22 June 2023.
The party will start with a symposium during which the significance of the Leiden Bio Science Park for the city of Leiden and vice versa will be discussed based on the basis of several theses. Hereafter the winners of the photo competition will be put in the spotlight. The event will end with a BBQ and swinging music. More information and registration |

The LSH week from 22 to 29 June offers a perfect opportunity to showcase the Life Sciences & Health developments of your organisation.

| LDE NL Space Campus Summer School: last spots
A multidisciplinary and global group of students that are passionate about space have already applied for this year's summer school. We have a couple of spots still availabe. Human Capital event 23 May
On Tuesday 23 May, the second human capital event of the year took place with the theme: ‘collaborations at the Leiden Bio Science Park’. It was a fun and interesting session with a panel discussion that involved a lot of interaction with the audience. Right now there is a little summer break but starting in September there are plenty of Human Capital community events programmed again.

| TechTalk meeting event 23 May
Revolutionizing healthcare through innovation and collaboration is what the Leiden Bio Science Park is all about! Our TechTalks are designed to break barriers, share knowledge and foster (public-private) connections to accelerate this process. On this occasion our TechTalk was about Advanced Medical Therapy Products and identifying hurdles and opportunities to speed up cell and gene therapies' market access. Five inspiring speakers, an engaging audience and playful moderation, resulted in a buzzing event full of insightful discussions and interesting take-home-messages.

6 June Streamlining Cell Development | Discover the Strategies for Emerging Biotech Start Ups
Sartorius will be hosting a panel discussion on the topic of Cell Line Development and providing a networking event in the Biotech Training Facility, Leiden on 6 June.
Join this in-person event to learn about the critical steps for modern cell line development workflows and appreciate the impact of early decision-making on later biological development stages. Our panel will encourage you to consider the advantages across a range of approaches to cell line development and enable you to hear from some of the major Biotech industry leaders on Cell Line Development. There will be an Open Floor session for the panel.
